For over 15 years I have been a network Infrastructure Engineer
focusing on Advanced IP services and since 1997 VoIP has been my
primary interest. In early 2010 SigmaVoIP became a separate
business unit with the autonomy to pursue exclusively Unified
Business Communication solutions powered by 3CX. What makes us
the authority in 3CX deployments is our know-how, close working
relationship with 3CX, networking expertise and strict
methodology used in the planning, deployment and documentation
stage of the project. All of the server configuration is done in
our Labs so that we can extensively test the system prior to the
onsite deployment. This greatly reduces the inconvenience to our
clients and allows for a seamless transition. Our support staff
is second to none, often providing support to other 3CX Partners
around the country, we realize the impact that an outage can
cause your business and from actively monitoring your system to
setting up proper contingency measures to supporting you
